About Matthew Bradbury, C Sharp Founder and Managing Director     

For Matthew Bradbury, working in the IT recruitment space is not about the quick fix of filling a vacancy. And it definitely isn’t a numbers game where if you meet with enough clients and interview enough candidates then you’re bound to eventually make a match. Matthew established C Sharp based on his philosophy that recruitment is about finding the right job for the right person. It’s about helping people develop their potential. And above all, it’s about building professional, long-term relationships with all clients and candidates.

Originally from New Zealand, Matthew has been in Australia for the last five years and has also lived and worked in South America and the United Kingdom. Prior to launching his own IT recruitment business, he has run permanent and contract recruitment desks in the IT and telecommunications space. He gained his Diploma in Business from the Central Institute of Technology in Wellington, New Zealand and before moving into recruitment, Matthew worked in the insurance industry.
